Deliveries within Australia
Leather and luggage offer free delivery Australia wide on all orders over $50, for orders under $50 a $8 postage/handling fee applies.
A delivery charge of $8 applies to orders for keys only (Australia wide) All keys are sent airmail.
Online orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday, with orders received before 12pm Perth time dispatched on the same day if possible. Depending on location, most orders are completed within 2-7 days. If part or all of your order is out of stock or unavailable you will be notified by email or phone and asked if you would like to change it for a different item or be given a refund.
All items are sent via Australia Post, a tracking advice will be emailed to you once your order is dispatched. If your parcel takes longer than expected please check with your local post office. If you are not home, Australia post will leave a calling card advising you have a parcel awaiting collection. Leather and luggage online cannot be responsible for parcels lost by Australia post. Insurance can be easily added at the checkout (at an additional cost).

Insurance
For added peace of mind, you can have your order insured against loss by Australia post. Simply click on the insurance button during the check out process. Insurance is charge at a rate of $1.50 per $100 of order value. The Insurance option is only for orders delivered within Australia. In the unlikely event that your order is lost in transit, we will have it replaced for you. Leather & Luggage online will not accept responsibility for uninsured orders.
Deliveries to New Zealand
Leather & Luggage online offer free delivery on orders over AUD$50.00 to New Zealand customers. Purchases under this amount will attract a postage charge of AUD$12.00
Delivery time 6 – 10 days.
Customs duties and charges may be payable by you on entry of your order to New Zealand, unfortunately these are out of our control. Please check with your customs dept if you are unsure on what duties may be levied. All transactions are in Australian dollars.
Other international deliveries not including New Zealand
We welcome worldwide orders. All transactions are in Australian dollars, to order any product, except keys from our website, click buy on the item you want to purchase and follow the order process, this will produce an order which we will confirm postage charges via return email, we will also advise you how to pay for your purchase. During the initial order process no credit card numbers will be required.
Orders for luggage keys are charged at a flat of AUD$10.00 and sent airmail.
Delivery time 6 – 12 days.
