Delivery and Returns Information
Leather and luggage offer free delivery Australia wide on all orders over $50, for orders under $50 a $4 postage/handling fee applies.
A delivery charge of $4 applies to orders for keys only (Australia wide) and $10 for keys sent worldwide. All keys are sent airmail.
Online orders are dispatched daily, Monday to Friday, with orders received before 12.30pm Perth time dispatched on the same day. Depending on location, most orders are completed within 2-7 days. If part or all of your order is out of stock or unavailable you will be notified by email or phone and asked if you would like to change it for a different item or be given a refund.
All items are sent via Australia Post, if your parcel takes longer than expected please check with your local post office. If you are not home, Australia post will leave a calling card advising you have a parcel awaiting collection.
