I live close to your North Perth store, can I come in and buy at Internet prices?
Yes, that's ok. Just bring in a print-out, or memtion the products your interested in buying. If your making a special trip to see us, phone us first as not all the products listed on our website are stored on the premises. Some stock is warehoused.
I've posted a repair to you. Is return delivery free if the repair is over $50? And how do I pay.
No, postage is charged at cost when repairs are delivered back to the customer. We can give an estimate of the repair cost and the return delivery cost. Customers can pay securely through a payment link on our website.
I've seen an item cheaper on another website, do you match prices?
Yes, that's part of our 'price match guarantee' if its an item that we carry in stock or can be ordered, we'll match the price.
How can your prices be so low?
We buy in bulk where possible, take advantage of all manufacturers / wholesalers specials and operate from very low cost premises in North Perth.
Do you send overseas?
Yes, keys are sent worldwide, we do send other items also. Please contact us to quote a delivery cost to your location.
How much is delivery and how long does it take ?
Orders below $50 carry a $4 postage charge. For orders above $50, delivery is free. Overseas orders for keys attract a $10 charge. All other overseas orders are charged at cost. For further information, go to our delivery page.
What if I have a problem placing my order online or I am not sure it's gone through?
If you receive the Order Acknowledgement email then your order has gone through without issue. If you are unsure please feel free to contact our customer service team on (08) 9443 1800 - simply let us know your surname and we will confirm the order for you.
